SHIPPING POLICY

Delivery

All orders that are to be shipped will be made ready for courier pick-up within 48 working hours of the order, and full payment is received.

 

Couriers

Our preferred couriers are JKJ Express & The Courier Guy, their turnaround times for deliveries, once items have been picked up from our depot:

South African Metro Areas: 2-3 working days

South African Rural Areas: 3-4 working days

REFUND POLICY

All items bought from LOGIA GENESIS’s online store have a 12-month warranty unless otherwise stated.

 

 

If an item is bought from LOGIA GENESIS and arrives Dead on Arrival (DOA) we will swap the item(s) out for another. We require customers to contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item(s) for this policy to be in effect. In this case, we will require all merchandise such as cables and other accessories or peripherals that came with the product to be sent back with the product purchased. If there are any items missing, we have the right to refuse a refund until the said items are returned.

 

 

If an item fails within 7 days of purchase, we will swap the item out for another as stated above, or on request, the client will be fully refunded for the purchase. The client will not be charged a handling fee or repair fee unless it is determined that it was due to the negligence of the customer that the device has become defective. If the client purchases the wrong item, we will allow the return of the item if it is done within 7 days of purchase, the customer will be given a refund for the item but will be liable for the courier costs.

 

 

To start a return, you can contact us at info@logia.co.za. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide confirmation of this, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Digital Products

There will be no refund on digital products such as software keys

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. For returned products it is the customers responsibility to ensure that the product is adequately wrapped or packaged to prevent any damage. LOGIA GENESIS can not accept any responsibility for returned packages that are damaged during transit. 

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

 

 

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted and we have given you your refund or credit note, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If the device is declared to be faulty by the client and on testing and inspection it is found to be in working order by our technicians, the courier costs of the return will be for the customer’s account.
